"Customer Focused"
Went to a location in Huntsville, AL and worked with an associate named Andrew. He patiently assisted us for over 2 hours while we tried to decide on what frames we wanted. He provided information that was important in our decision. He pulled out multiple boxes of frames from drawers for us to go through. He never gave any indications of impatience with us. I don't know how he didn't :). He worked with us on pricing. We left the store feeling like we mattered as customers and we were grateful.

“They happen to be close to where I live and offered reasonable eye exam fees. They performed a much better service before all of the Covid-19 nonsense.”
